早餐正常吃
中餐吃水煮青菜、肉還有冬粉
晚餐正常吃 但是只吃八分飽
稍後吃些水果
一天預計跑差不多兩千公尺
因為身體的關係所以可能會跑跑走走之類的@@
可是一定會持續超過30分鐘
請問這樣子有可能在一個月內瘦到4-5公斤嗎
