戴心率錶的心率紀錄
想請問
如果以減脂為目標(178cm/97kg)
量測結果大多數落在無氧區間
強度是不是太高?
踩到中間都會有快喘不過氣的感覺
要停下來休息一段才能再繼續
是不是應該降低強度
讓心率落在有氧區間會比較有效果?
