飛輪怎麼踩都不會很喘 - 健身

各位大大...小弟有個疑問
前陣子買了一台飛輪機回家踩
聽說要高強度間歇訓練效果比較好
所以是用慢踩40秒快踩20秒的間隔來訓練
結果發現在快踩的時候膝蓋痠到爆..但是呼吸沒有加快多少
完全沒有百米衝刺或是跳繩訓練時那種肺快要炸開的感覺
請問是我踩的方式不對還是怎樣
踩了兩個多月...目前感覺一點效果也沒有
有點灰心
