這道菜是我今天發現的
特色是超高飽足感,極低熱量,高蛋白
湯湯水水的,吃一碗可以飽到明天早上!
食譜分享,開始!
準備食材:
1. 絲瓜 290g
2. 兩顆雞蛋
3. 去殼文蛤 150g
4. 老薑
烹調方法 step by step:
1. 兩顆蛋入鍋炒成蛋酥(蛋液一入鍋,手要馬上拿四根筷子瘋狂畫圈),炒好倒出來備用
2. 薑要拍碎或磨成槳隨便
3. 鍋內倒入10cc香油,把薑也丟進去爆香
4. 把切好的絲瓜丟進去炒一下,看絲瓜稍微變色即可
5. 倒入開水200cc 灑一些些鹽或是鮮味粉(但是盡量不要,講求口感可以灑一點點)
6. 把蛤蜊丟進去一起煮大概兩分鐘
7. 熄火,把蛋酥丟進去翻炒一下,搞定。
