減肥邁進第四個月.瘦的速度很慢
因為飲食較偏向正常採用少量
但最近有時候會忍不住吃蛋糕或甜食
譬如今晚除了正餐又吃了兩個桂圓蛋糕
之前還有 一下子吃了四塊蜂蜜蛋糕
吃完後又後悔 運動了一各小時
請問我這樣好嗎?可以讓自己休息一下吃各甜食嗎?
還是要戒掉比較好?
因為我爬文看文章說減的是肌肉.肥的卻是脂肪
會不會之後會更難減呢
