為了實行飯後不要馬上坐著以免肚子愈來愈大,
在飯後(尤其是晚餐)站著沒事作時,
除了原地亂動之外,
大多時候都在拉筋,
作弓字箭拉大小腿,
轉身拉腰,舉手拉手臂等簡單動作,
請問在飯後作這些動作會不好嗎?
