目前173/85 體脂肪30左右
覺得體態差 體脂肪高
外宿無法開伙 只好吃外食
鄉下地方健康的選擇不多
所以目前以少糖 少炸 少加工食品 少澱粉努力 循序漸進 寒暑假再自煮
現在的困擾是問了周邊的便當、麵店等
要求飯麵減半 減掉的飯幾乎都沒辦法換菜、肉等
也無法減價
因為還是學生 所以對價錢有點敏感QQ
想請問各位如果有外食 飯麵減少都會換其他東西嗎?
