小弟開始運動已經兩月有餘,基本上一周都練三天
飲食部分,全家高蛋白餐盒以及茶葉蛋
義美無糖豆漿當飲料
一個月一次大浦鐵板燒(飯半碗)或者火鍋(只有肉 沒有甜點)
然後肚子小餓就是御飯糰一粒
作息就是11出門一粒飯糰 無糖拿鐵或無糖豆漿 健身房有氧20分鐘
重訓到下午三點去上班,然後晚餐
下班晚上11~12點,肚子餓可能就吃7-11雞胸肉或者御飯糰1粒
我沒有奢求像版上大大一樣擁有傲人身材
我只是希望體態正常跟健康
吃魚油(天天三餐飯後),喝蛋白飲(有練才喝)
可是INBODY竟然完全沒有動靜....沒升也沒降..
尤其體脂率....22.6%....
有點沮喪...
教練也說不出所以然來...
因此想求教各位或是討拍都好
我應該怎麼調整會比較快讓肚子不要那麼圓XD
