夜班外食
第一餐減少熱量攝取(餓了再吃):茶葉蛋、沙拉、無糖豆漿、燕麥引搭配
第二、三餐隨便吃
休假
第一餐不吃(睡比較晚),其他餐以自己煮的天然食材為主(藍色)
