可以請大大幫我估熱量嗎?
我167/55,基代1450。
目標是增肌,且盡量不增脂。
一周上4次健身房,平日1.5hr / 假日2hr多一點。
早餐:瑞斯辣飯糰(無油條)+無糖豆漿400c.c.
運動完中餐:蛋x2 +豆漿400c.c.+地瓜一條半(約300g)
點心:杏仁10顆、腰果8顆+蔓越莓饅頭x1 (約200g)、麵包試吃8小瓣+精力湯200c.c.(水果為主)
晚餐:香蕉+無糖拿鐵+蛋x2+豆漿400c.c.
這是今天的總飲食量,粗估大約2400大卡,可以請大大們幫我估看看熱量是否差不多呢?
若有什麼建議、需改進之處,希望大大們盡量點出。感謝各位前輩。
