小弟最近剛接觸健身,剛滿32歲
身高182,體重78,體脂很高,25左右
目前一個禮拜練3-4次,練完之後會有氧半小時。
飲食就吃樓下的健康便當+高蛋白

我用TDEE算出來我大概是2400,基礎代謝1600,我設定吃1800-1900,這是我一天攝取的
營養素,蛋白質吃到140差不多極限了,實在很難吃到160(體重兩倍)
請問這樣還有哪邊要調整嗎?我想要減脂為主,但如果可以增肌+減脂當然更好
