餐間果腹食品推薦 - 健身

爬文有看到建議說水煮青菜吃到飽
這個建議非常好
可是很不方便攜帶
另外水果類如蘋果番茄芭樂之類已經帶一份在身邊了
足夠應付一次餐間飢餓,再多就不方便帶了
主要想請問在餐間
早上七點早餐跟十二點午餐之間
以及午餐跟晚上六點晚餐之間
這兩個時段人不在家裡
又常常感到餓(會嘗試喝水看是真餓還假餓)
想請問有沒有推薦什麼食物是方便攜帶又低熱量的
另外再問一下關於行程規劃
以前是清晨五點半吃顆茶葉蛋去游泳
回來大概七點半吃早餐
最近要改變行程
只能選擇六點先吃飯八點去游泳回家十點再墊個肚子
或者六點一樣吃顆茶葉蛋八點再回家吃飯
這兩個行程不知道有沒有推薦怎麼選擇的
