騎x-bike可以訓練大腿肌肉嗎 - 健身

去年出車禍,左腿脛骨骨折、膝蓋半月板和韌帶受傷
也做了膝關節鏡手術
目前膝蓋內部狀況已經OK了
彎曲角度也復健到全開
但因當時被急診誤診,導致拖了一個多月才動手術
患肢(左腿)肌肉萎縮的滿嚴重
動手術前左大腿是完全無法出任何力的狀態
目前復健成果是走路已完全無礙
但由於左大腿肌力仍舊不足
因此上樓梯會吃力,下樓梯則是幾乎無法(左腿無法做出單腳半蹲支撐全身重量的動作)
慢跑也不太行,姿勢會很奇怪
其實我膝蓋的傷已經痊癒了
但由於可以正常走平地之後我就急著回到工作崗位
現在也因為忙碌無法經常去復健科報到
當然我還是會抽時間去的
但還是想請教各位
有什麼是能夠在家進行的大腿肌肉鍛鍊呢?
X-bike阻力調高有效嗎?
(有詢問過醫生,他說我膝蓋已經很OK了其實,騎腳踏車是完全可以的)
因為不能上下樓梯和跑步真的很討厭
而且我的左右大腿還是看得出來不一樣粗
肌肉萎縮真的好惱人啊啊啊啊啊
