自從月初貨到的19800那台
開始了每天騎30分鐘或是10公里以上
到現在維持了半個月天天騎
每天至少騎1次,有時候會下午騎1次晚上騎1次但是都固定騎10公里才休息
轉速是3,有記得30分鐘騎11~12公里,1小時大概22公里
雖然現在體重還沒有明顯的變化
因為吃的東西還是跟平常沒有變,不過已經盡量遠離誘惑了XD
但是 我膝蓋以上10公分的大腿~唉喲威怎麼變的如此結實
左大腿從上面外側滑到下面外側那段整個凹了進去
但是右大腿就沒有這麼誇張不過一樣那10公分大腿也是結實了許多
我想請問大家都是膝蓋以上的大腿那段先結實嗎
那大腿上面以後也會跟著瘦嗎
