最近開始認真騎x-bike
(買了快一年都沒好好使用過...)
一開始笨笨的直接調8 結果騎不到20分鐘就不行了 >"<
後來參考板友們的文章 調3 時速維持在22左右
現在已經"進步"到可以騎40分鐘不休息~~(我非常佩服那些可以騎1hr以上的前輩!!)
感謝康熙,哈哈!(我把康熙下載到手機裡面邊看邊騎)
不過騎完之後,屁屁跟大腿後面都好痠...
不曉得大家騎完後會不會做一些按摩還是拉筋的動作 稍微抒解一下這種情形?
(我自己是會扶著腳踏車做一下提臀,不過好像沒什麼效果 = =)
