騎腳踏車及快走 - 減肥

大家好
因為之前聽別的版友說 騎腳踏車也可減肥
所以我昨天騎了youbike
結果我從信義建國路走騎到台北醫學大學院
花了32分鐘 換算時速是7.3公里而已
可是後來我看完電影 從信義威秀走到公館搭公車回家
連續走了49分鐘(中間剛好都是綠燈)
而且我還進捷運站 過馬路 爬樓梯
換算時速是6.3公里
這樣我適合騎車嗎?因為腳踏車時速7.3公里好像還是太慢了
雖然我昨天分段騎 一共騎了8公里
