今天看了這集影片後,才知道自己還有很多觀念是不正確的。
1.運動前喝咖啡可以提高代謝率,但是咖啡同時也會刺激胃酸分泌,
"增進食慾"。
2.運動後喝豆漿可增進肌肉增長,但是豆漿的蛋白質含量高,應視為
食物而非飲料,正常人一天攝取量250cc即可,過量對腎臟會有負擔。
3.綠茶含兒茶素,運動前喝綠茶可提高代謝率,但喝茶過量會抑制鐵、
鈣的吸收。
