前陣子去健身房上飛輪課
到現在敗了一台飛輪在家裡
覺得騎飛輪沒音樂有點抓不到節奏和時間
不知大家是否有自己騎飛輪車的歌單可以分享一下呢?
(其實自己真的有點懶得找歌.....)

順便分享一下飛輪的騎乘心得
我本身膝蓋不好 已經很少跑步
在健身房接觸到飛輪課程(想要有氧運動減脂)
第一堂課騎15分鐘左右 腳抽筋 臉發白 無法繼續騎XDD
之後找到自己能夠承受的阻力強度 慢慢的可以撐完整堂課
飛輪其實蠻不錯的
在上了約莫15堂飛輪課後(每堂實際騎乘約40分鐘)
我得到了下列感受:
1.心肺功能大幅提升:
以前跑步大概500m就一定要停下來用走的,有一次很想運動
勉強去跑步,發現跑2K還可以不用走的,其實還蠻開心的
2.飛輪熱量消耗大
一堂飛輪40分鐘,錶上顯示的熱量消耗大概都有400 kcal up
是不是快樂錶我不知道,至少看了很爽XD
3.腿部力量有增強 線條有修飾
身形上最明顯變化就是腿部 慢慢有一點肌肉線條
爬樓梯走路覺得腿部很有力
4.體重維持
上了15堂課,其實體重的數字沒變,但是平常還是有碰油炸類食物
沒甚麼節制就是了
5.膝蓋不好的人或許可以嘗試
我本身膝蓋不好,騎飛輪不會覺得不舒服,又可增強大腿肌肉
對於膝蓋的支撐應該是有幫助吧!?
缺點大概就是:
1.飛輪車貴,或是要花錢上課
2.沒有老師帶,自己騎的強度可能會下降(可能就不自覺不想太累)
