小弟因打球翻船以至於骨折-腳踝骨小裂
目前是休養中
那想說攝取鈣質來增進修復
去市面上看牛奶
我都是找鮮乳(爬文後得知鮮乳較營養)
但有個產品叫福x鈣多多
但他顯示的鈣質卻和鮮乳的差不多
那請問各位巨巨
是一樣選購鮮乳即可嗎
或是鈣多多有什麼特別之處呢?
