午餐:跟早餐差不多
晚餐:便當的三格菜+1/2肉類(叉燒/烤雞腿)+幾口飯;或自己煮的菜+肉

運動習慣:
暖身期(7/1-7/22)
跑步機快走30分鐘,心跳數約130左右,持續2週
第一個月(8/12-9/07)
滑步機60分鐘,心跳數約120~135左右,持續一個月
+瑜伽每週3-5堂、有氧團課每週2次
+教練課每週1次
第二個月(9/8-9/23)
滑步機60分鐘,心跳數約130~145左右,持續2週
+瑜伽每週3堂
+教練課每週2次
+開始練習重訓,每週1-2次
我的問題:
產後體重不減反增,體力差,身體負擔太大,想要重回職場。
7/01睽違6年開始運動,先從快走和上團課開始鍛鍊體力。
7/22第一次量inbody(正值生理期、空腹、運動前),看到體脂42.5、內臟脂肪14,差點暈倒。

崩潰了1個月,8/12重新振作,決心認真運動減脂,每天都踩滑步機1小時,一週5次。飲食方面,沒吃早餐,平時少澱粉但週末偶爾爆醣,天真以為多吃蛋白質就好,吃了很多豆包豆腐,還用豬油煎。
9/07第二次測量inbody(生理期前、空腹、教練課後),沒想到只減了1.4公斤,體脂肪才降0.4%,又崩潰了一下,反省自己方法錯誤,調整成吃完早餐再有氧,心跳維持130up,減少團課的時間放在學習重訓,每餐都要吃澱粉(20g以下)。儘量蒸或烤,煎東西豬油只用一點點。

9/23第三次測量inbody(生理期後、空腹、有氧與洗澡後),距離上次隔了2週,體重減0.5kg,體脂降0.6%,但不知為何身體脂肪是增加的,腰臀圍比也從0.87變成0.9!

由於報了減脂比賽+明年要重返職場,希望這三個月的減脂可以有明顯成效(爬文看到體脂高+狂有氧應該降比較快,但我卻2個月才降1%)。
請問我的三餐飲食和運動訓練,該怎麼改進才能更有效減脂?先謝謝大家
