體脂、體重 - 健身

先附上基本資料:
身高184 體重85 體脂18
大概1年前開始有健身習慣
因為還是學生
一周大概23次
前陣子把自己練得蠻厚實的
雖然不是非常大隻
不過走在路上大概也很少碰到比我魁梧的
為了不要走火入魔
我開始降低重量
組數增加
開始打球
主要是因為我覺得結實的東方模特兒身材比西洋壯漢的身材好看些
(主要是因為這兩種大概是目前比較主流的審美標準,EX:史塔森VS蔡沛然)
現在問題來了
三個禮拜以來
控制飲食
補充至底文等知識
實行以後為何體重體脂都沒降啊?
我有維持基代
有無氧(重訓)
有有氧(籃球)
喝水、吃白肉、雞蛋(2顆/日)、早上喝山藥薏仁豆奶
是一周兩次有氧加兩次無氧太少嗎?
我很怕之後體脂體重沒降
原本練的肌肉萎縮
最後搞得四不像
