體脂不高卻看起來胖,附scan,求解釋 - 健身

約一個多個月前開始運動
每週上健身房1~2次,重訓30分鐘,有氧20分鐘
這兩週開始,除了健身房以外,每週會快走約40分鐘,一週1~2 次
我的問題:
大約兩個多月前我開始認真想減肥,一開始體重確實下降從61到58,但最近不但停滯,
還開始有上升的趨勢
用家裡的體重機量體脂,61kg時體脂約26多,最近(58kg)都25多,(內臟脂肪從4到3)
因為體重呈現上升的趨勢,有點不知道飲食跟運動習慣要如何調整,才跑去做身體
組成分析(如上圖)
但測出來的體脂差好多(不知道跟我飯後約1.5小時測,相隔太近有關?)
更大的問題是,我上半身一直都是看起來不胖、健康,但下半身胖到會嚇到人,看起
來超怪
原本猜測自己是下半身都脂肪,缺乏肌肉(肉蠻軟的),但測完後發現也是有肌肉的
測完後反而不知道要瘦下半身應該增肌還是減脂了?
麻煩各位給我一些建議><
