BMI:30.7
體脂率:25
三餐內容
早餐:水煮蛋*2 自己打的無糖豆漿500cc
午餐:奮起湖便當 熱量7xx 蛋白質含量33左右
晚餐:水煮雞胸肉250g
其他:重訓時會配1000cc無糖豆漿邊喝
重訓後再吃水煮蛋*2 +1000cc無糖豆漿
p.s 無糖豆漿是自己打的 一天用250g乾黃豆
日常作息時間:上學...重訓..睡覺..
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:慢跑暖身五分鐘後開始重訓 重訓完之後用跑步機設定時速13km 跑完1.6km 持
續三個月了
我的問題:
我運動到現在四個月...
剛開始體脂45
兩個月後降到30
但是接下來30~25卻花了兩個月
雖然基礎代謝提高近2400了
但是體脂卻越減越慢 幾乎卡住了..
體脂45 體重111
體脂33 體重104
然後就現在體脂25 體重91....
我渣也會喝掉
想要減少熱量攝取.卻又擔心蛋白質會不夠
然後我明年很希望可以參加大專盃健美
