體脂正常但很胖 - 美體

三餐內容
早餐:常睡到中午一起吃,有時吃自己煮的麵有時吃外面小火鍋,飯吃一碗半。
午餐:同上。(壞習慣)
晚餐:大部份自煮,一餐大約500-600cal
日常作息時間:11:00-2:00pm
減肥方式:踏步機500-1000下,x-bike一小時,一週大約兩~三次
問題陳述:
之前靠每天踩半小時踏步機+熱量控制瘦下來(少了5kg,但基代上升30 **\⊙▽⊙/**)
後來太愛吃吃到飽復胖,最近又慢慢瘦下來。
其實已經荒廢很久沒有減,
只維持基本的一天吃1400cal的生活,一周吃超過1400cal兩三次(壞孩子)。
每餐盡量蔬菜、澱粉、蛋白質等量,但是運動量不多。
自己知道還是很胖,小腹與大腿超嚴重,體重也不輕。
所以也想慢慢的增加運動。
我想自己應該是體脂率很高的人。
但是今天一量發現自己的體脂率是17.4。
照理來講這樣的體脂應該是還ok,可是我卻胖到不行。
請問一下這是什麼情況?還是體脂機壞掉了呢?
然後我的減重計畫有那邊需要修正的呢?應該增加多少運動量?
