BMI: 24 左右 剛好在正常的最上界
體脂率:13.6

三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:鐵板麵/三明治 + 奶茶中杯 375cc
午餐:滾水燙高麗菜 約 400g
晚餐:小碗魯肉飯 約 150g
由於工作的關係
我白天和晚上基本上都要工作 晚上的工作大概是到9~10點左右下班
所以運動量極少
但為了控制體重 目前是採用飲食控制的方式
把午餐的量降低 晚上就吃得還滿隨便的
雖然體重可以控制住 但體脂率就停留不變
在我的感覺似乎是把肌肉的重量給降低了的樣子(?)
想請教一下板上的各位
如果體脂率已經在13%左右的話
要如何降低到10%呢???

我是去健康檢查中心 用類似斷層掃描的方式 一層一層掃
全身各個部份的體脂
所以正確性應該是沒有問題的 ^^"
肚子 18% <= 這大概是某pfxxx 板友覺得我不只13%的原因吧 XDD
