因為買牛仔褲買到厭世上來求助
先附上inbody

我(女)身高156體重48-49kg之間
Inbody測出來體脂率20.8%
但是看大腿完全不像啊
我看朋友身高體重跟我差不多的腿也沒我這樣QQ
以下是腰的現況
左邊是用力右邊是放鬆

我想問的是為甚麼膝蓋上方會凸一塊肉
導致腿型看起來很不順
我去試穿牛仔褲很像香腸QQ
但男友說沒那麼粗的香腸(謝謝幫我省錢)
請問這有辦法靠運動改善嗎?
還是說我只能靠飲食再看看體脂降了之後大腿會不會跟著變細?
Ps:平時有一週健身房重訓一次
會練深蹲/拉背/胸推/肩推等
然後每天在家會零負重深蹲/跨步蹲/伏地挺身/仰臥起坐
有氧的話一次10k沒問題(曾跑過半馬)
所以什麼運動我都願意試啊啊啊
