體脂肪測量,使用皮尺 - 健身

最近不是很想去康是美量體脂肪
所以找了線上的網頁看有沒有用皮尺就能量

男性是要用三種長度:
1.height =>身高 選 (英制 或 公制)
2.Waist =>腰圍 (同上)
3.Neck =>脖子圍 (同上)
然後體脂肪含量就自動的產生了
像是我輸入 身高170公分 腰圍93公分 脖子圍37公分
算出來的體脂肪24.4%
但是我覺得數字好像有點低... 所以想請教版友 準不準?
請不吝指教 謝謝

1.height =>身高 選 (英制 或 公制)
2.Waist =>腰圍 (同上)
3.Neck =>脖子圍 (同上)
4.Hip(髖骨)=>臀圍 (同上)

成人腰圍測量及判讀之方法
測量方法:
1.除去腰部覆蓋衣物,輕鬆站立,雙手自然下垂。
2.以皮尺繞過腰部,調整高度使能通過左右兩側腸骨上緣至肋骨下緣之中間點(如圖),
同時注意皮尺與地面保持水平,並緊貼而不擠壓皮膚。
3.維持正常呼吸,於吐氣結束時,量取腰圍。

2.方法及步驟
(1) 請個案側身,找到臀部最高點。(圖)
(2) 將較正過的軟尺『水平地』在衣外圍繞個案臀部,軟尺必須經過臀部最高點及恥骨位
置,測量最大臀圍,讀至最近的0.1 公分,記下褲裙之種類。
(3) 測量最常見的誤差來自軟尺未『水平圍繞』臀部。
