體脂肪真難降 - 健身

之前在板上有po想降低體脂肪, 我很努力的踩 x-bike(阻力7, rpm~9x~105), 在經過
3x天的努力後, 終於....終於.....降了0.5%(極大值1.5%), 不過體重
變化倒是挺有收穫的, 請先看圖:

基本上每天我都會紀錄、體溫、血壓和體重, 所以圖表就是這樣的, 按照圖裡面的
方程式來算:體重要減到66公斤要218天, 體脂肪要減到22%還要230天. oh my goodness
help~~~
不過早上在看維基百科的時候有看到一個公式:
體脂肪% = 1.2xBMI+0.23x年齡-5.4-10.8x性別 (男:1, 女:0)
按照這個公式我可就 happy 了, 因為只有 18.47%, 這個數字可真好ㄚ
每天的運動行程和飲食大概如下:
1.早餐:最近迷上 -4 的葡萄乾小吐司, 午餐:油油的公司便當, 晚餐:有時候是公司
便當,有時候是 -4 的御便當
2.運動: x-bike 30~40 min, 阻力7(rpm~9x->105), 手上還要拿手把打三國無雙
(手腳並用ㄚ), 量測時間是早上起床後量體重、體溫、血壓, 我知道這個時間量
體脂量到的數值都蠻大的, 不過為了健康檢查時的數字能和平時一致, 所以挑選
早上起床量測.
3.上班的時候消耗體力極低.
請教版眾, 該如何從飲食改善? 晚餐改清淡一點(如:改喝牛奶+麵包)有用嗎?
還是要加哪些運動能有效降低體脂肪率?
