體脂計的誤差到底能多大? - 健身

我測量的儀器是Tanita,是健身房商用類型的
我朋友身高跟我一樣高、體重比我輕、體脂比我低,完全沒有訓練跟運動習慣,也毫無訓練
痕跡,工作也不會有負重
結果他測出來全身的肌肉是60公斤出頭(Tanita是骨骼肌、心肌、平滑肌加總)
我已經練了快三年,自認是看得出訓練痕跡的體格
結果總肌肉量還少他將近五公斤…
怎麼看都不可能,我不論力量、圍度、體格都遠超他很多
為什麼我總肌肉量會比他低這麼多?
我個人認為是他測量的時候高估了而非我低估
但真的好很好奇這種機器誤差到底能有多大
以我的例子來看也差太多了
心態差點崩了
