體酯18.4
BMI:18.5
內臟脂肪:1
基代:1170
我知道我的體脂過低了
但是有什麼方法是可以讓體脂變高一點
可是基代也希望高一點阿
平常晚上都會踩個40分鐘的腳踏車
有什麼方法可以先讓體脂高一點嗎?
有點不敢增加運動 很害怕停經~
