體脂高的泡芙人? - 健身

大家好
小弟今年六月開始健身
一開始是減脂 但發現力量真的掉太多
於是從八月開始增肌
可能是新手期
到目前為止都還有增肌減脂的效果
但體態實在沒有什麼明顯變化
小弟外表是標準的泡芙人
四肢細肚子大有一點胸
但是體脂目前是15
實在想不透為何體脂到15還是泡芙人呢
目前每天都有算飲食 吃的不算非常乾淨經常外食 基本上就是有吃到Tdee+300跟蛋白質
達標
一周重訓三四次胸背腿分開練
但是覺得體態遇到瓶頸
附上上禮拜量的inbody
還煩請各位大大給予意見,謝謝
