想請問北部哪裡有專業的
體適能和營養諮詢?
最近真的覺得氣血損耗...已停了健身房,增胖中,
今天去跑步,只小慢跑一段, 稍稍舒服,但似乎身體會反應"限度",
本來還想繼續跑, 就開始累了,
現在甚至於之後還是想持續運動,但年紀和身體健康部分,
想找專家諮詢, 有診所或運動中心可供諮詢嗎?
