我也曾經因為又跑步又騎飛輪又練划船機得到Ilio-tibial-tract syndrome,痛得要死,
休息一週以為回復了,才開跑12K又再度發作,從此不再慢跑...
後來慢慢改成
(1)健走一小時運動
(2)腳恢復以後,騎腳踏車也改interval training,消耗熱量會比較少但是對心肺還是有幫助
(3)跑步也可以interval training,例如跑4分鐘走1分鐘,進行12回合(共1小時)
(4)insanity:肌肉群練起來以後,也不會很累
