101登高賽 - 健身

101登高賽在五月五日早上舉行
賽程分成四組進行
下週4/14報名截止
蠻想去挑戰個人組
想請問參賽過的版友
我連續騎Xbike九個月
(每天60-70min,分兩次騎完,Tension control:5或6)
心跳140~150多 速度40上下
去年曾幾次練習爬樓梯滿一小時(爬樓梯,電梯下樓十幾層的那種)
自然是汗如雨下...
不曉得心肺能力有沒有最低標準了
參賽會不會撈在很後面...@@; (這樣壓力好大..)
如果想參賽
要進行怎樣的訓練比較好?
想請參賽過的版友分享一下:)
