體適能武林門派林立、各有千秋,教欲入門拜師者,眼花撩亂,一時之間摸不著頭緒,
不得其門而入。日前拾獲「體適能武林錄」一書,赫見內載各門各派心法要訣,不敢藏
私,乃公諸於世,供四方大德參詳。
一、基代教
本教內外兼修,首重「吃動」二法,主張「吃到基代、動則得救」,以獲致強健體魄。
雖不求速效,但修習者若能堅持行功,日久必有所成。因修練心法穩健溫和、不易走火
入魔而成為體適能武林中第一大教。前女教主功力深厚,不時於武林中渡化有緣人,解
救眾生無數。唯近日不知何故,其芳蹤未現體適能武林多時,諸多謠言紛起,有說雲遊
海外者,有說閉關修煉者,有說嫁做人婦者(?!)。(稍微說明一下,最後一點是「
體適能武林錄」上面寫的,我只是代po,眾教徒請不要驚慌,這不一定是事實。)不論
原因為何,一眾門人咸望前女教主能再現江湖,主持大局。
二、有氧幫
本幫主攻練氣,氣能長則心脈自強。每日行功兩刻鐘以上,鍛鍊心脈。主要修煉課目包
括草上飛、蛟龍游、風火輪等。因每日修習時間稍長,功法稍嫌枯燥,非人人可以堅持
鍛鍊。練功大成者體魄耐力驚人,一住香可疾行80餘里。練功過程看似單調,但內藏許
多竅門,若鍛鍊時未保持良好體勢,日後或會關節勞損。
三、重訓派
本派心法由外而內,修煉陽剛之力、內壯之勁。派中又分「練型」、「練力」兩宗。「
練型宗」講求以力輔型,致力於筋肉外型之結實壯碩。「練力宗」追求氣力鍛鍊,大成
者能力舉千鈞。近日「練力宗」傳人將其門派練功要訣大方揭露,引發諸多迴響,武林
一眾莫不摩拳擦掌、躍躍欲試。本派與基代教其實互為表裡,唯「練力宗」傳人認為偶
可不必死守「吃到基代」法門,在功行緊要的時刻,或能更快突破。
四、間歇流
本流派近期異軍突起,蔚為風尚。行功講求激烈操練,於最短時間內獲致最大功效。尤
有甚者,主張每日僅需鍛鍊半刻鐘,即可強身健體。惟練功法門過於劇烈,功底不足者
容易出岔,輕者傷筋挫骨,重者心脈俱損。故有武林中人主張,如欲修練此流派之功法
,還以循序漸進為宜,萬不可躁進。
五、金丹門、辟穀門、方術門
此些門派於體適能武林中,被視為異端。為追求身重減輕,不惜劍走偏鋒。妄想借助金
丹妙藥、辟穀斷食、埋線抽脂等手段,速成減重目標。偶有初涉武林者,一時不查,入
此門派,從此人財兩空、萬劫不復,甚或英年早逝、香消玉殞者有之。我輩務需戒之、
慎之。
