體重一直在上升 - 美體

請大家幫我看一下我的飲食還有運動到底怎麼了?
三餐內容:
早餐: 無糖豆漿或低脂鮮奶約400cc +蜂蜜脆片等約60g
午餐: 自助餐為主(飯小碗,青菜兩種 宮保雞丁 番茄炒蛋各一份) 我會過水吃
下午:約一點多會吃水果 蘋果和一個芭樂
晚餐:大概四點多就會吃了 帝王蟹麥片一包104大卡 +桂格燕麥30g

喝水約2000cc
運動習慣:
游泳約60-70分鐘(自由+蛙式各30分鐘 中間不休息連續游 心跳有達130)
回去後會做仰臥起坐70下

我覺得我每天吃的量都很正常
可是很奇怪的是
我的體重為什麼每天都會上升0.2公斤 一點一點上升
每天體脂肪會下降0.1%或0.2%
有點饗不透
這樣下去我覺得我體重會破50以上 我165公分
是我吃太多嗎?還是怎樣?
為什麼體重不能持平或下降呢?
我是希望自己可以降體脂肪和降體重一起進行
請大家幫助我 我哪裡做錯了?
