體重下降體脂變高 - 減肥

減肥快一個半月了吧 其間吃好睡好
除了吃得有控制在正常人的食量 飲食跟減肥前並無二異
每個禮拜至少都有慢跑三次 每次30~40分鐘不等
速度的話沒在算 就太喘了便放慢速度 呼吸平穩後再加快速度 快快慢慢的跑
原po胖子一個 能持續跑半小時就老天保佑
我知道體重沒變體脂變少是正常
但體脂變高體重變少是怎麼回事= =
我的體重從86降到82
但體脂從原本33.8變到34,8
到底怎麼回事呢? 可否有人為我解答
