體重不降反增 - 減肥

我集中這邊回覆好了
1.我本來食量就不是很大~百貨公司的美食街, 點一份絕對吃不完,
可以的話我都跟人分一半
節食對我來說很痛苦, 所以我不節食, 從以前到現在吃的份量大致上都一樣
除了有時候會嘴饞想吃零食, 或是晚上10點會肚子超餓忍不住吃了一點
所以沒有仙女餐變回現在份量的問題
2. 其實我大二的時候才50公斤, 後來住外面常以機車代步
也很少去運動, 然後又吃大便當跟零食的 一直胖到57,
但隔年回學校住後 就沒有再大吃了 但可能運動不夠所以也沒瘦回來
去工作後之前住家裡都好好的至少體重不增, 現在到外縣市工作
壓力很大,租外面只能外食, 還常以機車代步 所以又變胖了好幾公斤 (我猜是原因拉)
最近才想藉運動強身 當然若可以減重最好!
(被朋友刺激到...變瘦就能變回正妹 為什麼不積極減肥)
3. CURVES我一去繳了會費後, 他就一直要推銷我一次繳一年年費
但我可能會換縣市工作~ 也可能去偏遠地區 所以就堅持用最貴的月繳方案
比年繳 一個月貴三百, 所以沒有大家提到的綁約問題~剛好我這個月的期限也到了
再過去就又要繳錢=.=乾脆不去了
教練一直強調我那微微增加0.x的肌肉量跟減掉那微微0.3KG的脂肪......
但我看來減掉這一點跟沒有差不多=.=" (若是一個禮拜瘦那麼多就算了
我可是整整賠上一個月一千多的會費跟時間) 唉 我一度懷疑自己代謝有問題
看到板上有人說一年也沒啥用, 就放心許多 (??)
4. 若有更推薦的方法也請各位版大提供...當初去重訓是希望胸部不要瘦...
但感覺上 體重身材先瘦更重要.....不然制服&以前的褲子綁著真不舒服
還有...外食族該怎麼吃才會瘦呢ORZ 小套房不能開伙
