體重已經兩個月毫無進展了
感覺很失落
體重現在173.5/61上下 體脂約9~10%
重訓5天休1天
胸+三頭 背+二頭 腿 肩+胸 手臂+背
這樣循環
一個部位做3~5種動作 4組 6~10rm
全程約90分鐘以內
早上跟練後都會喝乳清蛋白 一天共兩匙
練前會吃高gi水果
晚餐會吃約250公克的鮭魚
宵夜吃滷蛋跟少許核桃
幹 為什麼都沒辦法增重Q Q
難道我的極限就只能這樣了嗎
