平板式使不上力 - 健身

最近在練平板式的時候,
特地照鏡子檢查姿勢,
發現我一直都會有屁股偏高的情形
像這樣:

但其實肚子還是有稍稍使得上力
結果我調整了姿勢,讓屁股與背成一直線:

肚子整個掉下來了! 完完全全使不上力
想把掉下來的肚子用力縮平都沒辦法出力!
而且肚子看起來比平常還要大上許多許多。
(這是平常肚子收縮用力但沒有刻意吸肚子的樣子 http://i.imgur.com/40fR5AV.jpg)
這點讓我十分苦惱,
是我姿勢做錯了嗎?為甚麼屁股跟背成一直線後腹部完全完全不能施力了呢?
平常腹部都有做其他肌力訓練,
像是 藥球轉體、反捲腹等
應該不至於完全肌肉無力才對
