我是對你一三五重訓內容持疑。
有氧的部份,你要做到大量減脂肪,我個人的經驗,一小時也不夠,
至少1.5~2小時,每天做中強度有氧,減脂肪的效果才會好。
但我建議你還是把重訓的菜單弄好,還有實際鍛鍊的時候要做確實,
對男生來說,增肌是很好的減肥幫手,初期增肌,後期有氧,效率很高,
肌肉量增加之後可以做高阻力有氧機器,像是腳踏車調很重,或是滑步機調很重。
另外時間才開始一個多月,健身的進行最好是以半年為週期來看,
身體的調整也需要時間。
