體重多少以上不建議用跑步減肥呢? - 減肥

本人176 體重87
目前一週運動4-5天,目前主要以跑步為主
強度大概為
速率約400m 2分35秒 大概跑35-40分
因為都聽到體重太重跑步很傷膝蓋
因為我體重還蠻重的
不知道這樣是否不建議跑步改成其他的運動方式呢?
還是等到膝蓋不舒服在休息改成其他運動呢?
