我是女生163cm58kg體脂24%
請問我該做什麼才能把體重降下來...
我目前早上會做運動,晨跑晨泳或是有氧舞蹈
有時會做間歇,沒事會撐體,伏地挺身這樣
我看起來不胖,沒肚子
可是我想要穿美美的衣服
看模特兒都163cm4Xkg,想知道我有沒有可能變成那樣
