體重破百的減肥問題 - 減肥

4/2去到成功嶺準備服兵役,結果在體檢的時候我因為過胖被驗退了
又被遊覽車載回來,我才驚覺原來我已經胖到不行了,回到家後覺得又丟臉又難過
所以勵志減肥(我甚至自閉了三天才讓朋友發現我被驗退)
我國三那年才60公斤,身材還算正常有點小肚子而已,但是上高中後每年都胖10公斤
高三畢業已經90多公斤了,大學四年後就破百了
吃的方面:早餐(小碗炒麵或漢堡)不喝飲料
午餐(便當吃一半)
晚餐(7-11握便當)
目前運動:每天仰臥起坐30下,啞鈴10磅的20下一組左右手做3次,
然後健走30分鐘大概2500公尺 已經持續五天
我健走的時候大概10分鐘小腿就開始抽痛感覺快要抽筋,大家都是忍著過的嗎?
(跑步一直是我的弱點)
我想盡快的瘦下來 各位大大有好撇步提供一下嗎?
