體重還是體脂率哪個更重要? - 健身

2019年從病態肥胖開始減
那時候就嚴格控制飲食外加簡單的居家啞鈴運動
2020年就開始懈怠飲食就變得比較鬆懈了
今年初開始認真上健身房培養自律的習慣
雖然說飲食沒有很嚴格控制但還算有慢慢在進步
現在我的狀態是體重86公斤體脂率26%左右
目標體重是75公斤以及20%體脂以下
如果我在體重達標前就已經達到20%體脂的話
那我之後還需要減體重嗎?
還是體重維持,專心減體脂就好?
一方面也是怕硬要減到目標體重會掉太多肌肉
想問問大家的意見
