我遵守著三三三的定律
每周至少運動三次
但這幾一兩個禮拜因為氣候不佳跟加班的因素
有點荒廢運動,所以只好忌口
提醒自己不要吃太多
沒想到兩個禮拜下來
其實體重沒增反減了0.5公斤
但體脂肪從21變到23
有沒有這麼誇張阿???
這樣會不會有礙我未來的減重之路呢?
