三餐內容
早餐:一個三明治+中杯豆漿
午餐:學校便當
晚餐:自助餐
日常作息時間:日間部高中7-17點上課 晚上12點睡
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:每天約5點多起來慢跑2000公尺
我的問題:因為家裡都是買外食 沒有自己煮
所以得自己去買 我該早上跑完步就先吃早餐嗎?還是等到學校再吃呢?
這樣的運動量是OK的嗎? 選早上跑是因為胖胖的跑步感覺好丟臉
所以都早上跑
午餐都是吃學校的所以無法改變什麼
晚餐我可以選擇什麼呢?
