小弟我今年高三175公分
體重80到85之間跑
目前課表
禮拜一:休息
禮拜二:直腿硬舉加股二頭 雙槓下胸 上胸 中胸 臥推
禮拜三:背加肩
禮拜四:蹲舉10組 腿推5 股四5
禮拜五:胸
禮拜六:直腿硬舉或蹲舉 配股二或股四
禮拜日:背加肩
每兩天練腹肌 每天都有氧30分
飲食方向: 早餐5顆蛋白 加半杯麥片 高蛋白
早~午餐中間:6顆蛋白加堅果15克
午餐:煎雞胸加水煮菜加100公克的飯或澱粉類
午餐~
晚餐中間:6顆蛋白 加堅果15克
晚餐:同午餐
有一天會整天吃高碳低蛋

我需要加有氧的時間還是繼續保持啊~?
還是要再飲食方面再做調整?
請各位給個方向~~
