不知到站上有人進行過 高強度間歇運動 ? 可以指導我一下嗎?
目前打算在操場400M進行訓練 想要用全力跑30秒 緩下來一般跑30秒
這樣來回訓練 有什麼要注意? 或是請給建言謝謝
