小弟開始重訓快兩個月了
幾乎是天天去報到 體重也胖了三公斤
最近很想買個高蛋白來吃吃看 但是現在體重對時間的微分還沒降低
剛剛泡麥片的時候 看到美路的營養成分
每一百公克竟然有11.7克的蛋白質耶
比之前喝的牛奶跟豆漿高了很多倍
下次去練的時候想邊練邊美路看看
順便問一下 各位喝的高蛋白的蛋白比例是多少
